Jose is principal in Vita Fox North GP LLC and has +25 years of experience in real estate development; He is managing partner at Interland and has held prestigious positions in international and national development companies such as VP for Jones Lang LaSalle LATAM. Has been involved in the creation and development of more than 1,500 acres, 9,000 residential units, hotels, shopping and convenience centers, office buildings and several mixed-use projects.

Joined Interland in 2011 as Managing Partner.  Has a significant amount of experience in project coordination and management within Mexico and the United States. His track record of overseeing more than 15 projects and managing over 3.5 million square feet demonstrates his expertise and capability in handling large-scale developments

Nearly nine years of real estate finance experience and more than five years as an entrepreneur. During his time in Interland, he raised +$90 million in equity and +$200 million in public and private debt for real estate projects in Mexico and the United States.

Christopher Brick
Development Manager

With over a decade of experience in real estate development, spanning hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and cultural projects. He manages the full development lifecycle — coordinating ownership, design teams, contractors, operators, and public agencies. Notable projects include the Kindred Resort at Keystone, Fox Park, Mercer Union Station, Legacy Village at Castle Pines, the Kirkland Museum, and DIA's South Terminal Redevelopment

Sources and manages financing for large-scale mixed-use real estate developments, having managed +$370M in debt and significant public financing through tax increment financing and municipal bonds, alongside senior construction debt, C-PACE, EB-5, common and preferred equity capital.
