Notable projects include the Kindred Resort at Keystone, Fox Park, Mercer Union Station, Legacy Village at Castle Pines, the Kirkland Museum, and DIA's South Terminal Redevelopment
Sources and manages financing for large-scale mixed-use real estate developments, having managed +$370M in debt and significant public financing through tax increment financing and municipal bonds, alongside senior construction debt, C-PACE, EB-5, common and preferred equity capital.
